President Jonathan blames power outage on Demon
At the peak of President Goodluck Jonathan’s speech at the Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP) zonal rally in Owerri, Imo State,
yesterday, there was power outage at the venue. Consequently, his
speech was no longer heard by the audience and he stopped briefly for
power supply to be restored.
When he picked the microphone again, President Jonathan said,
“Thank God we are back; no demon shall stop us.”
Some PDP members at the rally expressed delight at the
development, saying “since it has happened to the president, he will
know what we pass through and do something fast”.
