Man arrested with fresh human skull in Ibadan (Video)
A middle-aged man, identified only as Musa, has been arrested in the Amuloko area of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital after residents discovered he was carrying a fresh human skull.
Musa’s unusual behavior aroused the suspicions of locals, who confronted him and demanded to see the contents of the sack he was carrying.
Upon inspection, they were shocked to find a human skull of an unidentified female inside.
Sharing the video of the suspect on X.com on Monday, OyoAffairs wrote, “Man caught with a fresh human head earlier today in Amuloko area of Ibadan.
“He has been handed over to the police.”
During questioning, Musa revealed that he is part of a syndicate that deals in the sale of human body parts.
He has been handed over to the police for further investigation and prosecution.

On Monday, Edujandon.com reported that a 14-year-old boy, identified as Malik Kareem, was reportedly beheaded for ritual in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
The incident occurred at the Olorisaoko community in the Akinyele Local Government Area of the state on Saturday, August 10, 2024.
It was gathered that the victim recently wrote his final subject for the West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) at Iyana Community Grammar School, Olode, Moniya, Ibadan.
According to sources, the victim, along with three other young men, approached a Muslim cleric, who is now on the run, to perform a money ritual on the day of the incident.
One source revealed that unbeknownst to the victim, the three others had secretly conspired with the cleric to sacrifice him for the ritual.
A credible family source recounted, “I was at home when one of my brothers rushed in to tell me about the tragic event. We immediately hurried to the scene to verify it. When we arrived, the Muslim cleric had already fled, but we found the victim’s lifeless body lying on the ground, decapitated.
“He was discovered in a pool of blood at the cleric’s residence. The head had already been burned.
“The three other boys had earlier arranged with the cleric to use their friend for a money ritual. When they arrived, they strangled him, beheaded him, and cremated his head. According to what they told us, they intended to mix the ashes with pap every day.”
Another informed family source mentioned, “The cleric’s house has been set ablaze by unidentified youths from the area.”
When contacted, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Adewale Osifeso, confirmed that an investigation into the incident is underway.
“Investigations have commenced, and updates will be provided in due course,” he stated.
