We the familles of Mbachu of Ideoma village and Okafor of Egbe Ngwu village Nreje, boch in Anambra State, regret to announce the sudden death of our wife, daughter, sister, aunty sister in-law and mother.

With pains and tears, the families of Mbachu and Okafor both Anambra announce the untimely death of their daughter and wife, Late Mrs. Chiamaka Immaculate Mbachu (Nee Okafor) whose death occurred during childbirth.

According to the obituary arrangement, on Saturday 6th of July 2024 there will be a candlelight at C.O.T apartment Olabode Turner Ajah Lagos.

On Thursday, 18th day of July 2024 there will be a candle in her husband’s compound in Ifeoma Village, Umuoji Idemili North.

On Friday, 19th July 2024, body leaves St. Charles Borromeo Hospital Onitsha to her father’s compound Egbenwu Village Nteji, in Oyi LGA Anambra state thereafter lying in State follows immediately while Requiem mass holds at Holy Family Catholic Church Umuoji
