isaac_sunday1993: Even if you’re so sure it’s your phone, trying to drag the phone from like that is wrong. Because you have to prove to her it is your phone not dragging.
l.tobiloba: There are two possibilities: she either bought it cheaply (awuf) or her man stole it and gifted it to her without her knowing it was a stolen phone.
glowfixer_aesthetics: She knew it’s a stolen phone. Who buys phone with pouch.
tonia.gram_: I don’t understand the girl. This minute she’s saying she bought the phone with her hard earned money, the next minute she’s saying it’s a gift. Abi I no hear well? Why is she contradicting herself.
laxdee_dikkoz: There was this phone i bought from Jumia , I mean a brand new phone, I was just walking out from my compound wen some Hausa boys came with a police officer that it’s his phone that it was stolen at a gun point with some cash and it was a rubbery… they started dragging the phone with me so I asked him to show some evidence that the phone belongs to him since I wasn’t with the receipt, he was just saying rubbish, the police man was just dragging the phone from my hand so I insisted that we go to the station while on our way, we met some police officers so they stopped us and we began to explain, I asked him wen did his phone got missing, he said 5months ago and they have been tracking it since then, so I brought out the phone and showed him my pictures I took for almost 1year with the phone, that wasn’t enough evidence so I asked the guy to bring his own receipt, he brought out one old receipt, what the police was interested in was for me to apologize and handover the phone to him but I didn’t lucky enough I was able to call someone from home to send me some pictures of the receipt and the carton… to cut the story short those guys where arrested so imagine it was a secondhanded phone, I for mumu give the guy the phone just to avoid issues.
frankhynobeats: That girl have the right to sue you people. Why didn’t you people go with the police? You will hand her over to the police, u no even carry police come. Omo if be that girl mk she sue una.
