Paul Pogba has been forced off with an injury just 23 minutes into the first start of his second spell at Juventus..

The former Manchester United midfielder moved to Juventus in the summer but has missed the majority of this season with injury. Pogba did not make an appearance for Juventus until late February. He has, however, slowly but surely made a growing number of substitute appearances — totalling nine over the last four months.

But just 23 minutes into the game against Cremonese on Sunday night, Pogba had to leave the pitch with an injury.

He went down on the pitch before being substituted and had his head in his hands. Pogba was also visibly upset and had his shirt over his head.

Massimiliano Allegri replaced Pogba with Arkadiusz Milik.

Juventus are second in the Serie A table after having their points deduction overturned. They are also into the semi-finals of the Europa League, and would hope to qualify for the Champions League next season through either route.
