Media personality and actor, Uti Nwachukwu shares an unpopular opinion about people who pay a lot of attention to their bodies.
Uti, who recently gave advice on when to leave a relationship takes to Twitter to share his opinion. As stated by him, those who spend a lot of time working on their bodies rarely have time to work on their characters.
Further in his tweet, he noted that only a few people can balance both. He, nonetheless, advised people to choose that which they spend time wisely.
He wrote on Twitter:
“Unpopular Opinion: Most people that spend a lot of time working on their bodies, usually do not have enough time to work on their behaviour/character/mindset.
Only very few can balance both. So choose the one you want to spend your time with! BODY OR CHARACTER?”
