A man displeased with the result of the presidential election in Ekiti state took out his frustration on his wife.

He jokingly kicked her out of his house because she hails from the first state where the All Progressives Congress candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu won the presidential election.

INEC Presiding Officer, Akeem Lasisi, announced at the Ado-Ekiti collation centre on Sunday afternoon, that Tinubu beat Atiku and Peter Obi.

In reaction to the development, the husband teasingly approached his wife who was sleeping and asked her where exactly she hailed from.

She she informed him that she is a native of Ekiti, he got even more provoked and ordered her to stand outside the house.

The man proceeded to fetch her bag from the room and handed it to his woman who stood by the doorway.

“So, you are from Ekiti state? The APC-PDP people? I don’t know I have been living with someone from Ekiti state,” he probed.

She pleaded her innocence and protested the action saying; “I no join them na.”

But her hubby insisted that she was part of them and slammed the door in her face when she told him that her mum is from Ondo state.
