A video that captures the moment Big Brother Naija season 7 winner, Phyna, met one of the top Nollywood stars, Mercy Johnson-Okojie, for the first time has melted hearts online.
The pair met while preparing for the movie premiere of actress, Funke Akindele’s latest movie, The Buka on the Street, on Sunday, December 11.
In the trending video, Phyna couldn’t contain her excitement to meet Mercy Johnson in person, and she went on her knees to greet her properly.
However, the stellar actress pulled her up and hugged her tightly for a moment. Phyna was overjoyed by the hug and jokingly vowed not to shower again so she wouldn’t wash off Mercy Johnson’s scent from her body.
Mercy Johnson also took to her Instagram page to share a lovely video of herself and Phyna donning Edo traditional attire at the movie premiere.
