Ten Hag Names One ‘Stupid’ Mistake Man United Did In Aston Villa Disaster
During his post-match interview, Erik ten Hag was asked if Manchester United players were trying to increase the number of crosses into the box to help Cristiano Ronaldo find an opening to score.
The manager replied: “No, I think it was stupid to do that. “You have to bring in crosses in the right moment.”
Ronaldo had another frustrating outing in front of the net as he could only hit the post and lacked finishing to actually score.
Marcus Rashford went missing as well and Alejandro Garnacho had a good shot saved in the first half.
If anything, the Glazers need to back Ten Hag by signing him a proper striker in the January window.
