“Tell him to fast alone, we’re done!” — Man blows hot over Pst. Adeboye’s blame on Christians for Nigeria’s stunted growth (Video)

Concerned citizen of Nigeria rebels against the 7-days fasting and prayer declared by the General-Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye..

This comes following a claim by the clergyman on Friday night during the 2022 International Youth convention at Redemption camp, Mowe, Ogun State.

According to Adeboye, the Christians are to be blamed for the regressing situation in the country, hence, a need to pray and fast for a seven-day period.

“THAT NIGERIA IS STILL ONE UP TILL THIS MOMENT IS A SIGN OF A MIRACLE, IT SHOWS GOD STILL ANSWERS PRAYERS. WHATEVER IS GOING IN NIGERIA TODAY IS THE FAULT OF US CHRISTIANS,” HE SAID IN PART.

In reaction, an individual whose name is yet to be identified rejected the claims of the preacher while affirming that the same fasting and prayer was declared during the election of President Muhammadu Buhari.

He further accused Pastor Adeboye of owning a school that only the rich could afford while encouraging him to sell one of his private jets to fend for the needy.
