Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s US Lawyer, Bruce Fein Gives Date For Biafra’s Independence

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s US Counsel, Bruce Fein has amidst his recent victory for Mr. Kanu at the United Nations Human Rights Council’s Working Group on Arbitrary Detention, given a date for the restoration of Biafra.

Recall that in a widely Published decision by the body, Nigerian government was urged to immediately release the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

The UN Human Rights Council’s Working Group on Arbitrary Detention described the arrest of Mr. Kanu in Kenya as a breach on Fundamental human right. It further urged the Nigerian government and that of the Kenya’s to compensate Mr. Kanu.

Hence, Bruce Fein while threatening to prosecute Igbo leaders who are enablers of the extrajudicial killings of Biafra nation agitators, stated that Biafra’s statehood will be restored in 2023.

“I am preparing an Enugu Tribunal modeled on the celebrated post-World War II Nuremberg Tribunal to prosecute quisling Biafrans and their Fulani masters implicated in the ongoing Biafran genocide when inevitable Biafran statehood is achieved as soon as next year. Be forewarned”, he wrote.

Secessionist agitation in southeastern Nigeria poses great threat to Nigeria’s 2023 general elections. There is at present against the 2023 general elections across the states in the region.
