“We Used Matchet To Cut The Heads And Bodies Of Our Victims After Stealing Their N800,000” – Suspects Confess

Three suspected arm robbers have been arrested by the operatives of Kwara State Police Command for allegedly attacking the family of a cattle dealer identified as Mohammed Usman.

The incident is said to have taken place in Ilorin, the state capital.

According to OUR SOURCE, the suspects were arrested following the efforts of the Command’s Tactical Team in conjunction with vigilante and local hunters.

It was reported that the suspects stole the sum of 800,000 naira from Mohammed Usman and his wife after inflicting matchet cuts on their heads and bodies.

The suspects confessed to the police that they got to know about the money that was in possession of Mohammed Usman through one Abubakar Mohammed, a neighbour of the victims.

Police Public Relations Officer of the command, Okasanmi Ajayi disclosed that the police is still trailing the forth suspect.

Items recovered from the suspects include one Ak-47 rifle, one cut-to-size locally made pistol and one mask
