“Unfortunately I Don’t Know Peter Obi, I Only Know He Was A Governor And Businessman” – Ango Abudullahi Says (Details below)
The convener of the Northern Elders Forum, Professor Ango Abdullahi has given his take regarding the upcoming 2023 general elections.
In an exclusive interview with Vanguard Newspaper yesterday, Abdullahi revealed that neither the candidate of the All Progressive Congress (Tinubu) nor that of the Peoples Democratic Party (Atiku) can fix the current problems facing Nigeria.
Ango claimed that both Atiku and Tinubu have nothing to offer to the country because they have been in the Nigerian political atmosphere for many years with nothing to showcase.
According to him, Nigeria needs a vibrant and young leader that can fix its problems within a short time. He suggested the candidates of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and that of the Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi as better options.
He, however, stated that he doesn’t know much about Peter Obi, he only knows that Obi was a former Anambra State Governor and a businessman.
Ango Abdullahi added that the best option for Nigeria presently is Professor Yemi Osinbajo but the political system will not tolerate him.
