“I Fully Accept And Embrace The Most Peaceful Religion On Earth” – Nigerian Man Says As He Converts To Islam (Details below)
Chigozirim Emeakayi, a Nigerian of Igbo heritage, has announced on Twitter that he has converted to Islam.
According to Chigozirim, a strong admirer of President Muhammadu Buhari, he converted to Islam since it is the most peaceful religion on the planet and has adopted the Muslim name “Aliyu.”
On Friday, June 3, he said on the microblogging platform,
“My name is now Chigozirim Aliyu Emeakayi, and I wholeheartedly accept and embrace the World’s Most Peaceful Religion.”
He also posted images of himself at a mosque and revealed that he attended his first Juma’at ceremony that day.
“Alhamdulillah!
I attended my first Juma’at prayers at the Annur Mosque today. Min Allah ya sauwake.
“Juma’at Mubarak,” he said.
Chigozirim received nice gifts from a Muslim lady on the station after his conversion, including a Quran, a praying mat, and perfume.
