Buhari Sacks APC National Chairman, Orders Fresh National Convention (Details below)

President Muhammadu Buhari may have expressed dissatisfaction with the recent national convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the reported protest of an APC member from Lagos State, Joe Igbokwe, that PDP has taken over the leadership of the APC. Some party members disclosed that the president listening to Joe Igbokwe’s complaint has sacked the new APC national chairman and ordered the conduct of fresh national convention.

The presidency has, however, remained silent over the development, while Nigerians are also monitoring activities of April 1 that is widely celebrated unto midday as APRIL FOOL!

Meanwhile Adamu remains APC national chairman and will be leading the party in the 2023 general elections.
