Two American Artistes Paid Davido $70,000 (29m) to Collaborate With Him – Africa Facts Reveals (Details below)
Probably owing to Burna Boy’s audacious claim that he’s the richest artiste to have ever emerged from Africa, a research firm, Africa Facts Zone has shared a jaw-dropping statistics about Davido’s booking fee and how much he raked in from two American artistes just for a collaboration.
The official social media page of the Fact-checking platform said two unnamed musicians from paid Davido $70,000, approximately (N29 million), to feature him in 2020.
Davido’s charging fee from previous years, starting from 2013 were also published to substantiate ho is actually the big boy in the game. The post as sighted read;
”Davido’s Local Booking Fees by Year
2021, 2020: N40 million ($96,300)
2019, 2018: N15 million ($36,100)
2017: N10 million ($24,000)
2014: N3.5 million ($8,423)
2013: N2.5 million ($6K)”
Days ago, Burna Boy succeeded in swinging the pendulum of attention to himself after he proclaimed triumphantly that he is richer than rivals Davido and Wizkid put together, a new development has emerged.
Per this new report, Godson, an associate of Wizkid has shared a video depicting a parallel posture of Starboy as regards the foregoing. The self-proclaimed African Giant, it will be recalled, took to Twitter to say he’s the highest-paid commercial artiste to have ever emerged from Africa.
As though that wasn’t enough despite the backslash, Burna Boy returned to say he’s richer than Davido and Wizkid to deepen the controversial posture he assumed earlier in a fresh video while getting interactive with his fans.
Moments after his session ended, Godson posted a video of Wizkid laughing with his crew while listening to a song in which the self-acclaimed African Giant was featured.
The video subtly transmitted a message captured in Wizkid’s song where he said that he has never met anybody that can intimidate him with money.
