Perez has ‘kidnapped’ Barca – La Liga president Tebas, speaks on Messi departure and CVC
According to Diario SPORT, La Liga president Tebas claims Barcelona were under the influence of Real Madrid president Perez in the matter of CVC agreement..
Javier Tebas: “Barcelona were in agreement with the CVC deal until Real Madrid refused. Barcelona have an inferiority complex from Florentino Perez. He has ‘kidnapped’ Barcelona.”
During the interview, Tebas also spoke about Lionel Messi’s departure from Barcelona.
“I know for certain that his departure wasn’t for economic reasons and that it could have been avoided,” the LaLiga president said.
“Perhaps Messi’s exit has been the hardest for me because I think he is the best in history.
“He didn’t deserve to leave like this, not only leaving Barcelona but also LaLiga.”
