A video capturing the moment a suspected tout held onto the bonnet of a car driven by a lady who refused to serve his bidding has caught the winds of the internet..
According to the lady who narrated what had transpired in Lagos on Sunday, July 25, the suspected tout decided to hold onto her bonnet because she parked at ‘his parking space’. He came out of nowhere to claim the spot. The lady reportedly drove her car from Ikoyi to VI, Lagos while the man refused to let go off her bonnet.
