OFFICIAL: Carlo Ancelotti makes sensational Real Madrid return as new coach
Italian veteran manager Carlo Ancelotti has sealed a sensational return to Real Madrid..
Ancelotti left his post as Everton manager after only one full season at Goodison Park.
Ancelotti managed Real from 2013 to 2015.
He led them to their 10th European Cup triumph against Atletico Madrid in Lisbon in 2014.
The 61-year-old has taken over for a second spell after Zinedine Zidane’s own second tenure came to an end last week..
Ancelotti quits Goodison Park after leading the Toffees to an underwhelming 10th place finish in the 2020-21 campaign.
Ancelotti sensationally returns to Madrid
Spanish paper Marca reported broke the news earlier on Tuesday.
They reported that Ancelotti is ‘the chosen one’ for the Spanish giants and on the brink of a dramatic return to LaLiga.
And hours later, the deal was done with wages no issue for Ancelotti.
