See The Moment Armed Robbers Entered A Wine Shop In Ikorodu, See How It Happened (Photos below)

A video is currently going viral on social media which shows the moment some group of armed men stormed a wine shop in Ikorodu, a suburb of Lagos State. The men of the underworld came in a commando- style by busting inside the shops with the customers and shop attendants scampering for safety.


The armed men came with all sorts of dangerous weapons including a pistol. All the activities of the robbers were captured by CCTV that was installed in the shop. They could be seen holding the shop attendants and customers hostage in some sections of the shop while other robbers could be seen frantically looking for money and valuables from the shop.

All the safes and drawers were checked for money.

Meanwhile, one of the robbers suddenly became aggressive toward a name attendant that was neither fighting nor struggling with them. The said member of the robbery gang just works in and started to attack the male attendant who looked like the cashier for the wine shop. The said aggressive robber picked up a wine bottle and smashed it on the cashier’ s head. Others were not even moved by this. They just continue with their operation.

There is no reaction from the Nigerian police force concerning the viral video yet. It is not yet clear whether any form of arrest has been made or if investigation to arrest these criminal elements is on the way.

Recall that the crime rate in recent times has gone up drastically, especially in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State. This development made the paramount ruler of the Ikorodu kingdom, Oba Kabiru Adewale Shotobi, the Ayengburen of Ikorodu Land to seek the total banning of motorcycles and tricycles in the environment. The Lagos state government is already talking tough on the total banning of this mode of transportation usually used by the criminal elements in the state.
