Dogecoin soars as Elon Musk makes big revelation

The virtual currency, which features the face of a Shiba Inu dog as its logo, soared more than 12% to hit high of $0.53 Friday evening, according to cryptocurrency news and data provider Coindesk..

The latest boost comes after Tesla (TSLA) CEO Elon Musk, Dogecoin’s most important fan, said “he’s working with dogecoin developers” in a tweet.
