Super Eagles star Kelechi Iheanacho has set a new English Premier League record, after coming from the bench to score a goal for Leicester City FC, in their 2-1 defeat to Chelsea FC on Tuesday night, in the week 37 of the English Premier League at Stamford Bridge..





The Nigerian international who has been impressive was able to impress again, after being introduced in the second half of the game, as he netted a consolation goal for his team.

The in-form Nigerian star was dropped to the bench for James Maddison by coach Brendan Rodgers, and he was able to impress after being introduced.



Second half goals from Antonio Rüdiger and Jorginho were enough to give Chelsea football club a victory, despite the fact that Kelechi Iheanacho scored a consolation goal for the away team.

With Kelechi Iheanacho’s goal, it means he has scored in all the days of the week in the English Premier League this season.



Kelechi Iheanacho has now become the first player in English Premier League player in history to score in all days of the week in a single season.
