SHOCKING: 68-Year-Old Kisii Man Caught Red Handed Defiling A Disabled Girl (Details below)
A 68-year-old man, a grandfather, shocked villagers of Nyangweta in Etago, South Mugirango in Kisii County when he lured a disabled girl to his house and engaged in illicit s3x with her on Monday evening.
Confirming the incident area assistant chief David Ogiri said the suspect Christopher Mirera was caught doing the heinous act to the girl by the girl’s mother who raised alarm.
“Mirera has been living alone since his wife died 2 years ago. He lured the girl who is deaf to his house where he was busted doing s3x with her,” said Ogiri.
Mr. Ogiri said residents responded quickly to the alarm, apprehended the suspect, beat him before they surrendered him to his office.
“Ogiri was brought to my office bleeding. He confessed that he was tempted by evil to have s3x with the disabled girl and pleaded for forgiveness but, no one could listen to him,” said the chief.
He said he surrendered the suspect to Etago police station from where he will be taken to court.
The chief warned men to stop engaging in s3x with young girls saying the law won’t spare them adding that widowers should re-marry to avoid chasing young girls for s3x.
Elsewhere In some remote southern regions of Malawi, it’s traditional for girls to be made to have s3x with a paid s3x worker known as a “hyena” once they reach puberty.
The act is not seen by village elders as rape, but as a form of ritual “cleansing”. However, as Ed Butler reports, it has the potential to be the opposite of cleansing – a way of spreading disease.
“Some girls are just 12 or 13 years old, but I prefer them older. All these girls find pleasure in having me as their hyena. They actually are proud and tell other people that this man is a real man, he knows how to please a woman.”
