A Nigerian lady has been sacked on her first day of work after asking her manager if ‘she stands a chance with him and can sit on his face’ on her first day of work.

Personal development coach Dipo Awojide made the disclosure on social media.

In his words:

“How can you go and ask your male manager “you look so cute, do I stand a chance with you? Can I sit on your face” on the first day at your new job? Some of you are very bold but enjoy unnecessary wahala. Don’t you like your job? Now HR has been involved.”

According to Awojide, the lady in question will be paid for one day after getting sacked. He also disclosed that his firm will be advertising the girl’s job soon.

Nigerians were shocked by the lady’s comment and soon flooded the comment section of Awojide’s post to share their thoughts on it.

“Sometimes when a lady is beautiful they actually think it’s an automatic pass to anyone, lol it’s not, and it’s not everyone that you can slap the weight of your beauty on, it’s just the boldness that comes from thinking no one can reject or turn you down because you are pretty.”

“Imagine if it was the guy that approached the Lady with that kind of statement. Twitter NG would have not contained all of us today…”

He said that a phone conversation from the boss to the friend when he was beside his mum ruined it all. After their talk, the boss asked to speak to his mother.

The worker humbly told his boss that his mum is illiterate, asking the woman to speak to her in Yoruba only.
