Dear Christians, Stop Telling Unbelievers To Give Their Lives To Christ Before They Can Be Saved

I am not trying to gain publicity or cause mischief, dear Christians. Everything I do is make moves to enlighten fellow Christians and to open the hearts of ignorant men. Christianity is a wonderful faith that spreads to the whole of the world. Therefore, despite using the same Holy Book, there were different teachings and doctrines (Bible). Some of these doctrines, though many are false, are true. In order not to preach heresy, we need to be enlightened.

The teachings of ” Giving Life To Christ” is one of the most popular doctrines among Christians. This is, in truth, almost as famous and common as Christ himself. This is said by almost every preacher when making demands for reform or preaching the gospel. It saddens my heart, though, when I see God’ s men saying, ” Give your life to Christ” because it is unscriptural and baseless. The Bible is our cornerstone, and it does not teach us to give Christ our lives until we are saved. Every sinner, in truth, is living a dead life. There’ s no life given to God by a sinner. It is the gospel that will bring life back to them as you preach the gospel to them. Christ does not need the life of anyone because he himself is the life. In John 14: 6, the Bible states that Jesus is life, so he doesn’ t need the dead life of any sinner.

Instead, you tell the unbelievers to trust Jesus and have a new life. John 10: 10 says that Jesus came to have life, and to have it to the full. This indicates that it is Jesus who gives us life and not us who give him our lives. Anyone who is a sinner is doomed and has no life to give to God, but he will receive the life of Christ once he believes in the gospel.

John 3: 16 states, ” For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. ” This illustrates that for unbelievers to have and achieve eternal life, they need to believe in Christ. By sacrificing or giving our lives, we do not believe in Christ, but rather we take Him. John 6: 33FSays, ” That which comes down out of heaven is the bread of God, and gives life to the world. ” Jesus himself is the one who gives life to all and all in the world. We are not the one who gives life to him.

Galatians 2: 20 says, ‘ I was crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and I live the life that I now live in the flesh through faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself up for me. This shows us that it was Christ who gave his life for us. We are not the ones who gave him life.

Our lives are too dirty for the righteous, and they do not need them. All he wants is our confession and trust, and then he’ s going to give us a whole new life. So let’ s pause the ” Giving Your Life To Christ” ritual before you can be saved. What saves us is the Gospel’ s conviction and confession. The belief that Jesus gave us his own life and that he rose on the third day. God bless you and have a nice week.
