After three losses and a draw in Chelsea’s last five Premier League games, BILD reported that Thomas Tuchel has already decided he wants to take on a project in England after leaving Paris Saint-Germain, there has been speculation regarding Lampard’s future.

Any decision to sack Lampard would be made by the board club owner Roman Abramovich.

However, Blues boss has reportedly been given the vote of confidence at Chelsea.

And according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, there are currently no plans to make a managerial change, although the board want to see improvements on the pitch.

“At this moment Chelsea are with the manager,”Romano said on his Podcast .“They need to change on the pitch and not the manager.

“They know that this season is crazy. They know that this team needs time but Lampard needs to change what happens on the pitch.”
Despite their defeats, Chelsea remain on course for a top-four finish, and Lampard is confident his side will return to winning ways sooner rather than later.
