Nyeri Bishop Caught Pants Down With Pregnant Sister-In-Law (Details below)

There was drama at an estate near Nyeri town in broad daylight when a bishop was allegedly busted with someone’s wife.

The 43- year-old bishop who heads one of the evangelical churches in Nyeri town was caught pants down with a pregnant woman who is also his sister-in-law. The woman is said to be five- months pregnant.

Timothy Wanyoike of Jesus Excellence Centre City Church was busted with 24-year-old Scholar Kariuki in her rented one –bedroomed house by her husband Kariuki Macharia before descending him with kicks, blows and whips.


Macharia claimed the two have been having an illicit affair with the bishop for the last four years and have been monitoring his wife’s SMS until last month when he did set a trap.

Those who laid a trap tricked the lovers that they have gone away in Nyeri for a field assignment but were still around awaiting for them to start action.

Locals jammed at the estate in Skuta area, outskirts of Nyeri town to watch the cleric who was shamelessly seen moving away without defending.

His wife, Margaret Wanyoike, also joined Macharia in beating him in anger.


Some Sh 10,500 which the man of the God had brought to his lover was also recovered at the scene.

The man who had left his car at a nearby pub however was seriously injured on the head and the blood could be seen trickling down as a t-shirt was also torn off.

His pair of shoes were also recovered at the scene.

Armed police in full riot gear later arrived and rescued the man before driving off the Land rover.

Macharia claimed that they have been married for four years and have been suspecting about the love affair and so was angry over it.

In his defence, the bishop said he had only gone to the house to settle a dispute between the woman and her husband. However, his explanation fell on deaf ears.

The bishop was later locked in at Nyeri Divisional Police station.
