Nigerian billionaire Orji Kalu made his fortune from the oil and gas sector who once revealed his intention of purchasing a 35 percent stake in Arsenal.

He is a full-time oil and gas guru and he has some other business interests in real estate and trading. He has barains that accompany his money as he holds a master’s degree in investment and finance from the University of Buckingham.

He is happily married to his wife Ms. Ifeoma Ada Menakaya and they share four children. Neya is the first child of her billionaire father.

He granted an interview with the Sun where he disclosed his intention of buying Arsenal.

He said: “Our success with Enyimba FC between 2000-07 has continuously increased my passion for football. As the pillar of sports in Africa, I am considering an investment in football and I will buy 35 per cent stake in Arsenal FC. Our target is to lift the Champions League and EPL, and valuable investment as well. Doing what you love and loving it is where greatness lies. I need 35 per cent of Arsenal to bring back trophies.”
