REMEMBER The Boy That Was Wearing DPO Uniform, The Police Have Arrested Him

Recall that a few days ago during the chaos that followed the now suspended EndSARS protest, some hoodlums and thugs invaded a police station and carted away weapons and police uniforms while also burning a police station in Lagos.

One of the hoodlums who participated in attacking and setting a police station ablaze in Lagos state has been arrested. He was arrested while rocking the uniform of a Divisional Police Officer (DPO).

In the video that went viral, the hoodlum was being hailed as the DPO by his fellow thugs. He made a mockery of the highly revered uniform of the Nigerian Police Force.

He was finally caught amongst others in the ongoing manhunt for hoodlums and thugs launched by security agents.

He was dressed in the police uniform and handcuffed, it seemed like he was beaten so badly that he could hardly stand upright and he may be needing surgery for his mouth.

Pressmen didn’t make things easy for him as one kept asking him if he was the one that killed the D.P.O whose uniform he wore.

He was paraded before newsmen by the Lagos state police command on October 27.

IS THIS FAIR?? NSCDC Dismisses Officer Who Partook In The Looting Of COVID19 Palliatives

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps have dismissed one of its officers, Corps Assistant Illiya Ibrahim of the Gwagwalada Division Abuja, for partaking in the looting of Covid-19 palliatives discovered in a warehouse in Gwagwalada, Abuja.

On Monday, a mob stormed the warehouse and carted away the palliatives. A video that made the rounds on social media, showed the officer grabbing his own palliative.

In a statement released on Tuesday night October 27, Ekunola Gbenga who is the Media Assistant to the Commandant General NSCDC, Abdullahi Gana Muhammadu, said Ibrahim was dismissed for joining the hoodlums in looting Covid-19 palliatives discovered in a warehouse in Gwagwalada, Abuja.

”The recommendation was given after the officer was charged under the public service rule which is related to unbecoming conduct of officers.

An 18-year-old house help from Cross River State, Juliet Effiong, is currently on the run after allegedly stabbing her 70-year-old boss in Agodo area of Ikotun, Lagos State.

It was gathered that the incident happened in the early hours of Tuesday, October 27th, barely 24 hours after she had been employed, used a pen knife to stab the victim.
