BREAKING: Buhari, Peace Accord Committee meet in Aso Rock
President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday met behind closed doors with members of the National Peace Accord Committee at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Recall that the Peace Accord had met with the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Thursday night after meeting with the former Vice President and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Presidential candidate Alhaji in the February 23 election, Atiku Abubakar.
The meeting with President Buhari started around 3pm at the President’s office.
Those at the meeting include the former Head of State, Abdulsalami Abubakar, Bishop of Sokoto, Hassan Matthew Kukah and Cardinal John Onaiyekan of the Abuja Catholic Archdiocese as well as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
