Arsenal and Leicester city players, Iwobi and Ndidi have shown support for Wizkid after his jersey was officially launched by Nike.
Super Eagles stars Alex Iwobi and Wilfred Ndidi have rocked the new Wizkid jersey by sportswear giants Nike after the official launch on Monday. Both players represented Nigeria at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Also, Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang modelled the jersey through a post on his official Instgram account.
Iwobi, who was ruled out of Saturday’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Seychelles in Victoria by injury, posted a picture of him in the merchandise along with a message, “S T A R B O Y, Together Let’s Push & Create Something Iconic.”
Wizkid said his jersey in partnership with Nike was sold out in less than 10 minutes. Leicester City’s Kelechi Iheanacho and Stoke City’s Oghenekaro Etebo earlier modelled the merchandise.
