BREAKING: Oshiomhole visits Kano as Shekarau officially defects to APC (Photos)
The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress , Adams Oshiomhole , on Friday, visited former Kano State Governor , Ibrahim Shekarau , ahead of his defection to the ruling party .Oshiomhole arrived Kano alongside other members of the National Working Committee of the party and headed for the home of Shekarau . He was accompanied by the Kano State Governor , Umar Ganduje.
According to Salihu Tanko Yakasai, the media aide of Ganduje, a crowd welcomed Oshiomhole to the residence of Shekarau .
Tanko on his Twitter handle , @ dawisu, said the meeting was ahead of Shekarau ’ s defection , which will happen on Saturday .
