Famous South African Hip-Hop Star, ProKid Dies After Seizure Attack
Famous South African hip-hop star, ProKid, has died plunging the entertainment industry into deep mourning.
It has been reported that Linda Mkhize, better known as ProKid, has passed away.
The South African hip-hop artiste’s death was confirmed by his family through a statement on Thursday.
The statement gave the cause of death as a
“severe seizure attack”.
“The legendary SA hip-hop artist affectionately known as ProKid of Hip-Hop passed away on Wednesday‚ August 8‚ 2018,” the statement read.
“He suffered a severe seizure attack‚ whilst visiting friends and paramedics were called in to assist‚ they did their best to revive him to no avail and called his time of death at 20:38pm.”
The ‘Wild West’ rapper is considered to be one of the pioneers of hip-hop in South Africa.
