Gov. Nasir El-Rufai “Humbly” Kneels To Greet Buhari At Commissioning Ceremony In Abuja
Governor Nasir El-Rufai has been captured on camera kneeling to greet President Muhamamdu Buhari at the Abuja Metro rail commissioning ceremony in Abuja.President Muhammadu Buhari, on Thursday commissioned the recently-completed first phase of the Abuja light rail project as he flagged-off the railway services signalling the commencement of operations of the long-awaited rail services in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja.
A photo (above) has emerged online which was taken at the event showing the moment Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El Rufai, knelt in humility and respect while greeting the President as he arrived for the commissioning of the Abuja Light rail earlier today.
