Stray Bullet Shot By Soldiers Kill Man In Jos (Disturbing Photos)

Aminu Umar, a 17-year old, resident of M56, Sarkin Mangu Street Plateau State has been killed by a stray bullet reportedly fired by Nigerian troops.

An incident happened in Garden Palace Jos on 20/06/2018 at about 10:30pm, where some youths gathered to have some rest during yearly festival (Sallah).

Aminu was at the place to collect his balance from his tricycle driver. On his way going there, the manager of the Garden called security operatives from the Nigerian Army to come maintain law and order at his Garden because some youths were trying to cause confusion in the relaxation center.

On their arrival, the soldiers started shooting in air and later on a stray bullet hit Aminu directly on his stomach. His intestine gushed out according to media reports.

After the army realized the incident happened to Aminu, they immediately took Aminu to Enron Hospital. When they got there,they couldn’t find doctors that will attend to Aminu. He was later rushed to Plateau Hospital where he died. His corpse was reportedly dumped at one Ola hospital in Jos with his family seeking justice.
