Arsene Wenger Spotted On A River With Family Weeks After Resigning As Arsenal Boss (Photos)
Former Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger has been spotted enjoying quality time with his family on a river following his resignation.
Arsene Wenger was pictured taking time out with family on the River Cam today as the former Arsenal boss escaped media speculation about links to the vacant Real Madrid job.
Wenger, 68, returned to Cambridge with his daughter Lea, who graduated from the city’s world-famous university a year ago.
Wenger was spotted punting his way down the river, an activity popular with students and locals in the city.
Last summer he was spotted attending his daughter’s graduation, which took place in a ceremony at Senate House.
The punt will have been a welcome break for the man who has just ended a 22-year reign at Arsenal, replaced by Spaniard Unai Emery last month.
Wenger announced his departure from Arsenal on April 20 after 22 years in charge
The Frenchman won three league titles and a record seven FA Cups with the Gunners
