Members of Real Madrid squad are angry over the sudden exit of manager Zinedine Zidane and have blamed Manchester United’s interest in Gareth Bale for the Frenchman’s surprising departure.
The Frenchman recently called a Real Madrid press conference when he announced he would be quitting the Santiago Bernabeu after two-and-a-half successful years.

Real Madrid now faces a huge summer ahead, with key players such as Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo on the radar of Manchester United.

According to Express Sport UK, Manchester United’s priority is Bale, who spoke about a possible exit from the club, after their Champions League win over Liverpool last week.

He had said, “Obviously I need to play.

“That hasn’t happened this season for one reason or another. I was injured for five or six games and I’ve been fit ever since.

“I’ll have to sit down in the summer, discuss it with my agent and take it from there.”

Spanish outlet, Diario Gol reported on Friday that Real Madrid players blame Bale and Premier League giants, Manchester United for Zidane’s exit.

United’s interest has complicated matters with the Wales international now open to a move.

The report suggested that the Real squad feel Zidane was under pressure to pick Bale.

Florentino Perez is known to back Bale despite injuries regularly hampering his contribution.
