Nigeria’s former Minister of Aviation and PDP Chieftain, Femi Fani-Kayode lost his mother in-law Mrs. Leticia Chikwendu, after a brief illness.

Sharing news of his mother in-law’s death, Femi Fani-Kayode tweeted;

It is with a heavy heart but in total submission to the will of God that I announce the passing of my mother-in-law,Mrs. Leticia Chikwendu, after a brief illness.Mama was wonderful.She fought a good fight and stood firm in the faith.Sleep on daughter of Zion,until we meet again.

Femi Fani-Kayode is married to Precious Chikwendu, a 28-year-old beauty queen from Awka, Anambra state, with whom he has a son, Joshua.

This is coming few months after the PDP Chieftain reacted to his alleged marriage crash. Recall that Sahara Reporters had claimed that the 3-year-old marriage between former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, and Precious Chikwendu ended amidst accusations of domestic violence.
