Jaden Smith is finally set to release his debut album SYRE this Friday, and today he’s giving us the latest — and probably last — preview of the project with “Falcon.” The track juxtaposes Jaden’s high energy with the soothing acoustic style of Raury, who he previously worked with on “Losing Your Mind” and “Forbidden Knowledge.
I can’t even go back to the first time we met because I feel like we’ve always just known each other and been so appreciative of the work that each other does,” Jaden tells Beats 1’s Zane Lowe. “Me and Raury are super, super close and our vision for the future and for music is really, really similar.
