Young Man paraded in Delta State for stealing Plantain

A young man caught stealing plantain in Delta State has been shamefully paraded on the streets with the plantain hung round about his neck.

As at the time of writing this post, the cause of the act could not be ascertained as many believed he indulged in the act as a result of hunger and his inability to afford an alternative either.

Although many have taken to social media to blast the young man, many others have inadvertently condemned the act and blamed it on the Hunger that has befallen the land since the inception of the current administration and further adviced that the young man should have just been quietly cautioned and even given some money to further assist him better.

The incessant rise in hunger rate appears to be seriously given birth to more crimes as the day goes by.
