Snoop Dogg seems to be really enjoying his freedom from major labels . It’s not even been two months since he released his fifteenth studio album Neva Left which was a pretty solid effort.He’s already back on the scene with a new single ‘ Transition ’ where he continues to explore his newly found-again gangsta sound. He is assisted by none other than Jahlil Beats on the production . This is such a dope combination .

Snoop Dogg has hit a hell of a stride in 2017 , and the Doggfather continues to drop new music on the regular. His latest single “Transition ” finds him spitting bars over some Jahlil Beats production , sounding rejuvenated off the kush fumes. The instrumental has a futuristic quality to it with crisp drums and synthwork , yet it still retains that classic westcoast charm .
