A police officer has left arresting criminals to become a lap dancer. Hannah Havers, 35, doubled her salary to £5,000 a month by quitting as a PC to strip off for punters at her local gentlemen’s club. She works just 12 nights a month and says it has improved her relationship with hubby Michael, also a police officer.

Speaking to The Sun, mum-of-three Hannah said: “Being a police officer is very stressful and it was really damaging our marriage. “Now my life is much better. I’ve got lots of regular clients and I really enjoy my work.”

Hannah and Michael, 31, have three children – Christian, 11, Harley, four and Madison, two, and she says another bonus is she gets to spend time with them every day.

Hannah quit Thames Valley Police last May and became a lap dancer in November, working at the Honey Pot strip club in Maidenhead, Berks.

Self-employed Hannah pays a “dance fee” of between £40 and £100 a night and keeps all private dance payments after that.

Fully Nood private dances net her around £40 for a four-minute stint.

She and Michael, of Didcot, Oxon, want to open their own exotic dance club.
