Supreme Court Upholds Election of Cross River Governor Ayade
Prof. Ben Ayade of the Peoples Democratic Party has just been affirmed as the governor of Cross River state by the Supreme Court.
Joe Agi, also of the PDP, had asked the court to sack Ayade over false declaration of age but the apex court justices held that Agi could not prove the allegation against the governor.
