Femi Fani-Kayode Writes First Message After Spending 24 Days in EFCC Custody… Read What He Said
Former spokesman for the Goodluck Jonathan Campaign Organisation and ex-Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has broken his silence after his release from prison today.
Following his release today by a Federal High Court in Abuja, Femi Fani-Kayode has attributed his freedom to God.
The former spokesman for the Goodluck Jonathan Campaign Organisation and ex-Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani Kayode who spent 24 days in Economic and Financial Crimes Commission detention and Kuje prisons following his arrest in court on October 21 said he will prevail over a ‘tyrant’.
In his first message on social media since his arrest, he wrote: “Thanks be to God. After another 24 days in detention I am finally out. Thanks for all ur love, prayers and support. We shall prevail.”
He further added: “Always remember that rebellion against a tyrant is an act of obedience to God. They may have today but tomorrow belongs to us.”
Fani Kayode was released on the 14th of November after he met his bail conditions. This was revealed in an official statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Jude Ndukwe.
