Female LGA Chairmanship Aspirant In Abia Dies After Submitting Nomination Form
A Press Release by the Abia State PDP has confirmed that one of its Female LG Chairmanship Aspirant, Hon. Patience Monday Oroni has been involved in a fatal Ghastly accident yesterday. Here’s the release:
PDP, ABIA STATE CHAPTER, SUFFERS A SHOCKING DEATH
The Peoples’ Democratic Party, Abia State Chapter, has been thrown into a painful mood following the death of one of her female Chairmanship aspirants for the December 17, 2016 local government council election, Hon Patience Monday Oroni.
Hon Patience Monday Oroni, from Akirika-Ndoki in Ukwa-East Local Government Area of the State, died in a ghastly motor accident in the evening of yesterday, Tuesday, October 11, 2016 along Umuahia-Ubakala road.
She had come to the Party Secretariat to return her chairmanship nomination form but on her way back, death came calling.
The Party deeply mourns with her family and prays that her soul would rest in peace.
