Globacom Set To Drop Psquare As Brand Ambassadors (See Reasons) 



​Fresh revelation from Thecable has it that Nigeria’s number one singing duo Psquare will be disengaged as brand ambassadors for indigenous Telecom giants Globacom.

The telecommunications company is ready to discontinue the existing contract of the pop group. Sources revealed this must culminate from the long standing feud between members of the group Peter and Paul Okoye which was resolved a few months back.

Owing to managerial and creative disputes, Peter and Paul have had series of social media disagreements which led to a temporary split early this year.

Despite the duo’s reunion and letter of apology for misconduct directed to appropriate authority, the executives at Globacom are resolute in their resolve to do away with Psquare as brand ambassadors.

Top shots at Globacom are believed to have made up their mind to do away with the brothers after failing to keep their dirty laundry private.

The public nature of their disagreements is considered detrimental to the public image of Globacom, hence the cessation of ties.

It is gathered that the contract between Globacom and Psquare is valued at 65 million Naira per annum.
