Nicki Minaj's Brother Jelani Maraj, In Court Case For Molesting 12-Year-Old Girl
Nicki Minaj‘s brother, Jelani Maraj, has been sent to a grand jury in New York for the case where he is accused of molesting a 12-year-old girl multiple times.
According to Bossip reports, the 37-year-old’s case was sent to the grand jury March 3, four months after Maraj’s arrest in December. Minaj attended his wedding in August.
During grand jury proceedings, a jury is presented with evidence and decides if the suspect should be indicted. A judge is not present and the proceedings are closed to the public.
There were reports that Minaj bailed her brother out of jail, but those proved to be untrue and instead their mother, Carol Maraj posted the bail.
