Village Chief Defiles 13-Year-Old Girl, Infects Her With HIV In Kano

On Tuesday February 23 2016, a village Chief from the Danbatta Local Government Area of Kano State has been accused of infecting a 13 year old girl with HIV.
However Authorities have arrested the village head and the matter has been forwarded to the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Muhammad Sanusi, who immediately ordered for his suspension from his post.
Reports reaching Aderemi’s Blog was that the girl Child has been given out in marriage to the man but three days to the wedding, it was discovered during a test that she was found to be HIV positive.
According to Authorities, when the girl was interrogated, she said the “suspect was the person, who infected her as he had been sleeping with her”
Immediately, the Suspected Offender was tested and found to be infected as well. It was also discovered that he has been having carnal Knowledge of the poor girl.
