Indian-Hemp Smoking Thugs Kill Man In Kaduna For Splashing Water On Them

A middle age man, Nansoh Emmanuel Wardam has been stabbed to death by thugs in Television area of Kaduna State. According to eye witnesses, the late Wardam who is 29 years of age on the 24th December, 2015 mistakenly splashed drainage water on the thugs who were smoking Indian hemp and other hard drugs along Jaba road by the Village Head’s house in the area.
The eye witness who will not want his name in print also said, the thugs equally stabbed Wardam’s friend simply known asMonday, who was critically injured and is currently in the intensive care unit at the St. Geralds Catholic Hospital in Kakuri, Kaduna.
The deceased who died yesterday morning is a son of the Chairman of Kaduna State Chapter of the Coalition of Closed Unpaid Textiles Workers, Comrade Wordom Simdik.
Late wardam who is married with a child and he is into aluminum roofing came from Nassarawa area to collect money from his friend, Monday, in Television village when he mistakenly stepped on a wooden plank that fell into drainage and splashed water on thugs playing snooker and smoking Indian hemp.
This resulted into a mild argument which eventually led to the thugs stabbing Wardam and Monday.
It was further learnt that Wardam was rushed to COCCIN Hospital in Television, then to Gwamna Awan Hospital in Nassarawa, and then to Barau Dikko Hospital before being finally brought to St. Geralds Hospital where he died.
It was gathered that the late Wardam got infected with tetanus following poor treatment he received in the several hospitals he was taken to.
Four suspects were said to have been arrested and initially taken to the police post in Television, but they were later taken to the Police Station in Sabon-Tasha because youths of the area threatened to invade the Police post in Television and apply the jungle justice on the suspects.
