"Stop Blaming Your Predecessors"- Ben Bruce to Buhari

Published

on

The Commonsense Advocate, Senator Ben Bruce has advised President Muhammadu Buhari and first-term governors to stop blaming their predecessors in office for the woes of the country, urging them to concentrate on how to make Nigeria better.
He made this know via series of tweets from his handle, @benmurraybruce, stressing that six months is one eighth of the four-year tenure given to them, adding that “if you are still blaming your predecessor after 6 months, when are you going to ever deliver the goods?”

You can only blame your predecessor for your problems for so long. After 6 months, so long becomes too long!
6 months is 1/8 of a 4 year tenure. If you are still blaming your predecessor after 6 months, when are you going to ever deliver the goods?
Those who advise @MBuhari to make hay while the sun shines are his friends. It is unwise to make blame while the sun shines #commonsense
Blaming others is a sign of helplessness. A numero uno should not blame. He must take responsibility for leading us out of troubled waters.
